Renting at Non-Residential Locations

If your event is anywhere other than a home, please call our office BEFORE submitting the reservation! Additional equipment (Generator for power, Insurance, Sandbags) may be required.

Prepare for Rentals at a Park, Business or Church

1. Make sure that inflatables are allowed at the location you're considering.
2. Do you need to reserve the date, time and location for your proposed location?
3. Depending upon the location you're setting up, you may need to purchase additional insurance.
4. Based upon what you want to rent, will you will need electrical power? If so, are there outlets available to inflate or run the item? If not, you'll need to rent a generator to inflate the unit.
5. If you will be using the power at the location, you will need to check the outlets and make sure they are functioning.
6. If you plan on adding concessions to your order (ie. cotton candy, snow cone, popcorn, hot dog, nacho, etc.) please let us know when making your reservation so we can ensure that you will have enough power outlets for all of your jumper and concession needs.
7. Measure the area you want to put the inflatables and other rentals to ensure everything fits.

Park Reservations

When booking your party at a park you are allowed a 6 hour maximum guaranteed time slot. However we will need a 1 hour window before the start time for drop off and setup and a 1 hour window after the end time for pickup and break down. Please see the following examples:

EXAMPLE 1:

Bridget’s 5 year old son Jack has a birthday party coming up this weekend and she wants to book his party at Sunset Park.

His party starts at 1:00pm and ends at 5:00pm. (This is the chosen 4 hour time slot)

This means the drop off time for Jack’s party will be 12:00pm-1:00pm, and the pickup time will be between 5:00pm-6:00pm.

EXAMPLE 2:

Annie’s 7 year old son Martin has a birthday party coming up next weekend and she wants to book his party at Desert Breeze Park.

His party starts at 11:00am and ends at 1:00pm. (This is a chosen 2 hour time slot)

This means the drop off time for Martin’s party will be 10:00am-11:00am, and the pickup time will be between 1:00pm-2:00pm.
