Rental Specifics

RENTAL LOCATIONS

• If your event is anywhere other than a home please call our office BEFORE submitting the reservation! Additional equipment (Generator for power, Insurance, Sandbags) may be required.
• We do not deliver to apartments.
• Measure for your inflatable BEFORE booking! Ensure your designated space for the inflatable will fit your rental! We are not responsible for items that don't fit in your space. All measurements are included in the product descriptions. 

RENTAL TIMES

• We guarantee a 6-hour time frame for your rental. 
• If you need the rental for a shorter time frame, call our office to make arrangements.
• If you book after our latest end time, there will be a $70 overnight fee (the pickup time will be the next morning between 7am-10am).

HOLIDAY RENTALS

• For the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Mother's Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, your rentals will be delivered the day before or day of the holiday and picked up the morning after the holiday. This is an overnight rental and the additional fee is $70.

SEASONAL END TIMES
Due to seasonal changes, pickups and end times may vary throughout the year.

• December - February: end time 6pm
• March, April, November: end time 7pm
• May - October: end time 8pm
