Refund Policy

It’s common for people to think that because there is a forecast of bad weather that they need to cancel their event. However, it has been our experience that 99% of the time the weather forecast is either wrong or not severe enough to affect your event.

Cancellations must be made 72-hours prior to your event in order to receive a full refund.

If the weather on the day of your event is so severe that it becomes dangerous to have our equipment, we will give you a rain check that can be applied to a future event. Customers are still responsible for the entire balance for cancellations made after the 48-hour time window and are subject to management’s discretion.
