Refund Policy

It’s common for people to think that because there is a forecast of bad weather that they need to cancel their event. However, it has been our experience that most of the time the weather forecast is either wrong or not severe enough to affect your event.

Cancellations must be made 72-hours prior to your event in order to receive a full refund.

If the weather on the day of your event is so severe that it becomes dangerous to have our equipment, we will give you a rain check that can be applied to a future event. Customers are still responsible for the entire balance for cancellations made after the 48-hour time window and are subject to management’s discretion.
